“Pretty street and house. Room a bit pokey but hey: heated bathroom floor! Couldn’t find the light switch for 2 minutes and the walls are thin. Can’t be perfect for such a great price. It suited me great!”

“Very neat and tidy room. The bed is very comfortable. There is no boiling pot but available upon request. Would appreciate if tea bags are provided. Complimentary fruits and snacks are provided, very generous.”

“Spent a sister’s weekend at XV Beacon. The staff, the service, the amenities were all impeccable! Everyone was quick to offer locale cuisine, walking directions and adventure recommendations. Even more impressive was when we were pressed for time, the staff graciously boxed our incredible Mooo meal from the flagship restaurant and delivered it to our room.

“It’s just that there’s no one at the front desk. It’s very inconvenient when we need some help and there’s no employee at the front desk to help. The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small.”

“Room is clean, shower is a bit small though ”

I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and……

“Great!”
